Why I love age of Conan. The first major reason I am going to lore Age of Conan Hyborian adventures has to be the fact of its lore. The game is based on the character Arnold swarztenager (last name is wrong I know), who is one of the worlds leading fitness experts. He was crowned by the Guinness book as the world’s most perfect body. Because of that he has gained a fame that is world wide. One of his earlier movies was Conan the barbarian which is still considered one of the great sci fi movies on the 20th century. Because of how it tines in great fantasy with sword fighting
Another large reason is the fact the game goes in a different direction form most games out there. Instead of being a plain and simple PG rated game that is catered to all types of people, AOC is now geared towards the more extreme players. Good examples of this in the game are how they do not try to hide the fact of clear and visible nudity from female characters. Due mainly to the fact the majority of MMORPG players are male. The game then capitalizes on the world of a more graphic adult content.

Another feature of the games more R rather environment is the fact they now have it so when you kill a player there is blood and its not just a simple the player falls down. The game comes with a feature called executions. This means that you can take off body parts when you kill a player. The most famous of which is taking off the head of an opposing player only to see their blood fly in the air giving you the sweet graphic satisfaction of destroying another player in the game.
Another of the features is how players now actually work together to build a stronger community. Some games will merely have players enjoy the game from a purely 3rd party environment. Which means while you can do things in the game the ultimate layout of the game is not going to change based on your actions. However with Age of Conan you can now change the entire look of the game. You can build houses for you and others, towns to live in, and a variety of other things in the game. This ends up leading to an ever expanding gaming environment. This means a diversity that has never been seen before in gaming.
The last great reason Age of Conan is a great game is going to be due to the look of the game. Some games try to cater to everyone with the lowest graphics card out there. This is fun to a degree it doesn’t let you have an amazing graphics that other higher end PC games have on the market. With this you can now enjoy the look of an ever changing world. From trees, to other players, to villains. Ever better is when in combat and fighting another player. The realism is great when you kill other players because it doesn’t come across like an old Nintendo game where you can see poorly drawn pixels to represent your opponent dying the game. This is just a few reasons of why Age of Conan is an amazing game.
